This place was absolutely amazing! Amanda at the front desk was the sweetest person ever! First she had our room ready early for us, then we switched rooms 3 times(our reasons lol) and she never complained not once, ran around helping us, and was just the sweetest person while through it all. Rooms were so clean, very nice, housekeeping crew was so sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so central to everything we needed and everywhere we had to go!

Recently constructed. Everything was perfect. The hotel hosted our reunion, with about 65 people. Food and service were well executed. Highly recommended.

The staff was PHENOMENAL! The bartender made a mistake on our drinks and fixed it no questions asked. The waiter at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. The lady at the front desk in the evening helped my physically challenged sister to her room with her luggage and the lady in the morning gave us a fantastic recommendation for a breakfast diner to meet up with family not staying in the hotel. The bed was a bit too hard for my wife and I but that's just a personal preference so I wouldn't hold it against them.

My wife and I wanted to spend some time in Mystic and thought the short drive to this hotel made an ideal base. We were checked in quickly by a friendly young lady and our room was on the second floor. The room was very clean, and definitely larger than average. One observation was the height of the bed. Higher than we've ever recalled. However it was very confortable and firm. The bathroom was excellent and well equipped. The climate control was a challenge, but some trial and error and we got it comfortable. I noted one reviewer complained about the showe4not working properly. Turning the shower head should address this problem. The lobby and restaurant areas were perhaps the best designed, of any hotel weve v8sitedand we ate dinner and breakfast there. We thoroughly enjoyed both and they represented great value for money. The servers were extremely attentive. We did choose a rate that included breakfast and it was cooked to order, not the predictable bland buffet. The only negative was the pool. The water was too cold. However the front desk lady apologized for this and offered us the option of the pool at a sister hotel. It is very likely we will return to this or other Hilton Garden Inns.

Solid place to stay for Groton and New London. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Minor complaint, pillows were not not my favorite. Coffee available in the am. Bar useful, staff nice.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Luisa took amazing care of us during our stay. Breakfast looked good and the waitress were friendly. Our room was clean and modern. The only issues were that the shower water pressure was extremely low and our room was not serviced daily and the pool is tiny. We stayed in 406.
